Under the direction of Sr. Throwing Coach Nick Prevost, Kristof has developed into one of the best Jr. and Sr. Men’s Discus throwers in BC. Beginning his career in Tiny Ft. St. James BC where Nick was a Teacher, he competed through Jr. and Senior Track and Field. In 2003 Kristof the Provincial Sr. Men’s Gold Medal winner competed on the BC team at the National Championships Kristof attends Boise State University and competes for that School.
